Refund Policy – YundixCourses.com

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

We aim to ensure that every student has a valuable learning experience. If you are not satisfied with a course, our Refund Policy applies as follows:

1. Eligibility for Refund

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase.

• Refunds are not available if more than 20% of the course content has been completed.

• Promotional courses, bundles, or discounted packages may be non-refundable.

2. Process

• Submit a refund request through support@yundixcourses.com.

• Refunds are reviewed within 3–5 business days.

• Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

• If course materials have been downloaded in full.

• If the account is suspended due to violation of our Terms.

• If the purchase was made through third-party resellers or affiliates.

4. Instructor Earnings

Refunds do not affect instructor trust. In cases of disputes, Yundix Courses will mediate fairly between students and instructors.
