You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Instructors retain full ownership of their uploaded courses, lessons, and materials.
By uploading content, you grant Yundix Courses a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, market, and distribute your content on our platform.
Yundix Courses reserves the right to review and remove content that violates copyright, laws, or community standards.
Students agree to pay the course fee listed at the time of enrollment.
Instructors will receive earnings according to the payout schedule, minus platform service fees.
All transactions are securely processed through trusted third-party providers.
Users must not upload illegal, offensive, plagiarized, or harmful content.
Users must not attempt to bypass payment systems or misuse the platform.
Any violations may result in suspension or permanent termination of accounts.
Yundix Courses reserves the right to update services, suspend accounts, or discontinue courses at its sole discretion.
The platform may display promotional banners, ads, or third-party integrations.
Yundix Courses is not responsible for losses, damages, or disputes between instructors and students.
Services are provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
